Return and Refund Policy
This return and exchange policy is formulated by Zhuohang (Hong Kong) Trading Co., Ltd., aiming to protect consumer rights and clarify the return and exchange process and conditions.
I. Scope of Returns and Exchanges
This policy applies to clay figurine products purchased from our company.
Products damaged, missing parts, or defective during transportation are eligible for return and exchange.
For returns and exchanges due to personal reasons (such as size mismatch, personal preference, etc.), the product must be “unopened and in its original packaging.”
II. Application Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Application Time: Applications must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by its original packaging, accessories, and invoice or order receipt.
Application Process:
Take photos of the damaged or defective product (if applicable).
Fill out the return/exchange application form or contact customer service to submit your application.
After review by our company, we will provide return/exchange instructions and logistics arrangements.
III. Return/Exchange Process
- Submit Application → 2. Review and Confirmation → 3. Return Product → 4. Inspection and Processing → 5. Complete Return/Exchange/Reissue
After approval, please return the product to the designated address as instructed.
After the product is inspected and confirmed to meet the return/exchange conditions, our company will arrange an exchange or refund.
IV. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.
Shipping costs incurred due to personal reasons for returns must be borne by the consumer.
Shipping costs for returns caused by product defects or damage during logistics will be borne by our company.
V. Notes
Clay figurines are handicrafts; slight differences may exist between each product. This is normal and will not be considered grounds for return/exchange due to defects.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the goods are used, damaged, or missing their original packaging and accessories.
It is recommended that you inspect the appearance of the goods upon receipt. If there are any problems, please take photos as evidence immediately.
